Hotel Rudra Villa - Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for reservations made at Hotel Rudra Villa. By making a reservation, guests agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Standard Cancellation

 * Free Cancellation: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time (e.g., if check-in is at 2:00 PM on Friday, you must cancel by 2:00 PM on Wednesday).

 * Partial Refund: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.

 * No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, or for no-shows (where a guest fails to check in without prior notification).

3. Non-Refundable Rates

 * Certain promotional or special packages may be offered at a discounted rate and are explicitly marked as "Non-Refundable."

 * Reservations made under a "Non-Refundable" rate are not eligible for any refund in case of cancellation, regardless of the time of cancellation.

4. Early Departure

 * Guests who decide to check out before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.

5. How to Cancel

 * Cancellations must be made through the original booking channel (e.g., our website, a third-party booking agent, or by calling our reservations team).

 * A cancellation confirmation will be sent via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, your cancellation has not been processed.

6. Refund Processing

 * All eligible refunds will be processed and initiated by the hotel within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

 * The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's policies and the original payment method.

7. Force Majeure

 * The hotel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or any other event beyond the hotel's control. In such cases, the refund policy may be adjusted at the discretion of hotel management.
